Can someone explain this to me and hopefully how to delete whatever that 5gb of garbage is.

I've repeatedly "Clear History and Website Data" but apparently that is something different than "Documents & Data."
Still hoping to find a fix to this, I could really use that 5gb being used up by imaginary data...
I intentionally filled the hd hoping it would for ios to delete whatever this stuff is, but it hasn't seemed to make any difference, it refuses to delete this imaginary data.
Is this really that unique of a problem that no solution exists?
Soon my hd will be one big ball of Safari mystery data
I guess 400mb is better than 6gb but still doesn't make any sense...
