Hello jiathana,

Thank you for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. We understand you'd like to re-add your, "Home" in Maps.

It's important to manage your favorite locations in Maps, and we'll be happy to help.

You can add, "Home" by following the section in this article that says, "Add a place to your favorites": Save favorite places in Maps on iPhone

Kind regards.

Hey, I have the same issue as jiathana.

Actually I came to the conclusion that labeling favorite locations is buggy.

In my case, after upgrading to IOS 14, my Home and Work location buttons were not working any more. The icons were there, but with "edit" text under, so when I was pressing any of them, a popup asking to update my contact card would appear. I triple checked and my info was there and it was correct. Home and Work icons in Maps still not working...so I deleted them from favorites, thinking that I will manually add them back. Guess what: when I manually add an address to favs it works...but if I label it as "my home", not only i will try to duplicate the home adress in "my info" contact, but it will also not be added as favorite location...it just does nothing
