My Iphone 6splus is still stuck on ios 12.4.8. I have tried everything i know of. Please help me because it is not letting me pair my apple watch series 3 with it and is asking for an update to the iphone but when i go to the settings to update, it comes there "YOUR DEVICE IS ALREADY UPDATED"

So you do not have a 6S Plus. You have a 6 Plus. That's why you can't update it.
Unfortunately it looks like the Apple Watch 3 requires an iPhone 6s or later with IOS13. Rather than showing us a product shot, DC-10, how about going to Settings -> General -> About, and tell or show us what it says, there.
If you use a screenshot, please block out any personally identifying information, such as the Serial Number.
All we need is the Model Name.

Are you sure you don't have an iphone 6 as this phone can only update to ios12.
But a family member of mine has an apple watch series 4 paired to this iphone
