Apple iPhone Upgrade Program and FirstNet AT&T

Hello. Has anyone been able to continue to upgrade their iPhone with the Apple iPhone upgrade program while enrolled in AT&T FirstNet?

I have been using the upgrade program since 2017 with no problem, however this year back in March I enrolled in AT&T FirstNet. Now I’m being blocked from upgrading. Can anyone shed some light on this?

I believe the upgrade program only works with the carriers listed online and AT&T Firstnet is not one of them. You can call Apple or AT&T to verify this.

Yes. I believe you are right. All was fine until I gave them my iPhone’s IMEI number. I was hoping someone had a workaround for this issue. 🤞🏼
