Does other brand adapter effect battery health?

Your iPhone manages power and battery health internally, not in the charger.

3rd party chargers will work fine and will not deplete battery health any faster.

J_Lanc1 is 100% correct. As long as the charger is "Made for iPhone" certified, you should have no issues.

It depends on which power adapter, there are some of them that are accepted by apple, if you wants to check I think you can check at the package, if you are interested on knowing your battery life go to settings, then go to battery, battery health, and then you'll see your Maximum Capacity percentage
