Turn Watch 6 Face Off - How?

The new 6 watch keeps the face lit always. How do I set it to go dark but lite up when I move my wrist or tap the face? I do not want it on all the time. Thanks

Open the Settings app on your Apple Watch.
Tap Display & Brightness, then tap Always On.
Turn off Always On.
