I have recently made an iPhone purchase on the Apple Online Store, and paid for it. My order has already shipped but now I wish to exchange my old phone (not an iPhone) as a part of the Trade In Program. Is it still possible for me to opt in for Trade In?

It sounds like you want to trade in an iPhone, but have already purchased a new iPhone, and we're happy to help. When purchasing a new device, you must select the option to trade in at the time of purchase. If you trade in now, you will receive credit toward your next purchase or an Apple Gift Card.
