Facebook photo comment

Hi there, recently upgraded to an iPhone 11 and having an issue when I want to comment on Facebook with photos. When I did this before, I pressed the photo icon and I could choose the photo I wanted from albums but now it just brings up my entire photo gallery and I have to scroll through all photos to find the one I want to use. With 10,000 photos on my phone, this can be tedious. How do I choose to pick a photo from an album rather than having to go the the entire photo gallery?

Is there no "Albums" tab in the photo picker, when you open the Photos Library from Facebook? I do not use Facebook, so I cannot test this, but when I want to upload a photo to other web sites, I am seeing two tabs at the top of the Photo Picker, "Photos", "Albums", and a search field. It is easy to find a photo this way:
