Cannot add work address to Maps favourite

I have absolutely the same problem. I can add any other addresses to favorites. However if I try to add home or school address(after the update of my card), it just disappears from favorites section. I am using iOS 14.1 on iPhone 11 Pro.

Is there any resolution on this? I have the same issue. Home or work from my contact card are not added to maps favorites automatically. Adding the address itself directly to maps favorites works but when switching the label of it to home or work - it just go away and disappear from favorites.
