iPhone XR restart and crash apps Help!


Hello! I bought a new iphone xr, after two months it started to reboot and drop out of the application, I did a reset via itunes in dfu mode, again the same problem, the battery is 100 health? Please help, in my opinion the hardware, but please for opinion and help what could be the problem? Thanks! sorry for bad english

It sounds like your device has been restarting on its own, and a restore did not resolve the issue for you.


To start, iOS 14.1 was just recently released. We suggest backing up, then updating to that version first.

After that, update all installed apps.


If the issue continues after those steps, contact support: Get Support

Yes. You'll need to create a backup of your device in either iTunes/Finder or iCloud to make sure that your data is safe.


Then you update the software of the iPhone to iOS 14.1.


After that, update your apps using the App Store with these steps.
