Apple Music keeps crashing on MacBook Pro with Catalina 10.15.7 even after reinstalling OS
I've checked similar questions, did disk utility first aide to no avail. it also crashed on safe mode. then I used MacOS recovery to reinstall the OS (took almost 1 hr). still the same problem.
this first occurred 2 weeks ago, starting with crashing on the second song then crashing seconds into a song. eventually I reinstalled the system but the problem persists (but so far after playing a complete song).
otherwise the laptop functions properly (before and after reinstallation). I use Apple Music heavily, including to DJ. this is a serious issue. please help. thank you.
