My AirPod case doesn’t charge my AirPods

On my AirPods which I bought yesterday the charging light on my AirPod case isn’t working and my case doesn’t charge me AirPods how can I fix it or should I return them and get my money back?

Is this fixable or will I have to get a new case because my case doesn’t show the light or the charging status unless it is plugged in

Hi AirPodsBroke,

We understand that your AirPods charging case isn't charging or showing a status light. We'd love to see how we can help, so you can start enjoying your new AirPods.

Just to make sure we're on the same page, can you let us know how you're attempting to charge the charging case?

"If you have the Wireless Charging Case and you're using a Qi-compatible charger, place the case with the status light facing up. The status light should turn on for several seconds, then turn off while continuing to charge. If the light doesn't turn on, reposition the case. If your case still isn't charging, try charging with the cable that came with your case."

You can find some additional information and steps to help charge the AirPods and charging case here:

Take care!
