black spot when i take photo

hello :)

I'm using iphone11, whenever i take a photo with my back camera, there's a small black spot in every of my photo, even if i switch to other app like snapchat or instagram, the black spot is still there. How do i get rid of it? My iphone11 was purchased on 28November2019, but does the apple one year limited warranty covers this kind of problem/damage? And if my warrenty expired, how much do i have to pay for the repair? How long does it usually take for the repair to be done?

Do reply asap :) thankyou a lot !!

Hi there salmonkindasus,

Thanks for posting! It's important to have a camera that works as expected, and we'll be glad to offer our assistance with this issue. It looks like you see a black spot in photos taken with your rear camera.

To verify, have you already tried the steps suggested here? If the camera or flash on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch isn't working. It may be worth testing with your case removed, and after cleaning the lens using the suggestions in the link. If that doesn't help, we recommend contacting Apple directly to look into your options: Get Support

Also, you had a few questions about service options. This is a great resource to check out: iPhone Repair - Official Apple Support
