SCAM!!!
Apple will not address you as “Customer” when dealing with your Apple ID, iTunes, etc. accounts! The will use the name you have given within your account.
Apple will not send you messages with attachments to open or, worse, links to follow!
If there is an issue with your Apple ID, you will be informed of such as soon as you go to use it, such as logging into this site!
