iPhone 7 lagging

I don’t know why my iPhone 7 is lagging every time I wake my device. It will completely freeze and sometimes the volume bar comes up. It used to freeze for 10-15 seconds but now it’s starting to get worse. Now it takes about 10-40 seconds to unfreeze. (After it unfreeze the device works perfectly) Sometimes I can’t even unlock the phone with the home button. I need to press a notification to bring me into a app and then exit the app to get into the Home Screen. Finally sometimes while I’m typing the problem will be apparent, my phone will just freeze up for about 2-5 second and then unfreeze. I’m not the only one experiencing this problem. Every device in my house that has the A10 fusion chip has so far experienced this problem. Anything above A10 doesn’t seem to have the is issue. Also these issue is not due to the lack of available storage because I still have more than 60GB available for my iPhone. By the way this is not a problem with my battery because I recently got it replace and in the settings app it says the Battery Health is 100% and is supporting peak performance.
