right. I've called apple support several times. now they are telling to wipe the phone and reinstall the op sys, all apps, and reset everything manually. its the usual response from computer techs who can't figure out a solution.

why would a new 14.1 install work any better than the current buggy install? Its a lot of work for me. mostly no cost to them.

call apple support. Tech said that they log and count reports about an issue and respond accordingly.
