i given a gift ipad but the problem the apple id and password is is not given to me and the guy is no longer her. please help me unlock or solve this problem of mine . thank please reply to me .

If you can't reach the previous owner whose ID is on the device and have them remove the device from their account, the device is worthless. Apple won't unlock it for you.
Turn off Activation Lock - Apple Support.
