Apple cancelled my order . Didn't even received cancellation email!! disappointed :(

I ordered Iphone 11 in the latest diwali offer where i would get Airpods for free with this order . But Apple cancelled my order and said they haven't and now nothing can be done .

Has someone face this issue recently ??

So is that with the US online store? Do you live in the US? Were you shipping it to a US address that was not a shipping forwarder? What payment method did you use and could the one you used have declined the payment? Checked with them.


And of course it would be a good idea to call the Apple Online Store and give them your order number.

Hi Deggie, it's the Indian online store. The delivery address was within India. I used my credit card as the mode of payment. Contacted the bank people, they verified its not an issue from their end and the amount was successfully charged on my card.


Also contacted the customer care, they say they can't help me with this. This seems to happen in 1 out of 100 cases. I have spent around 4 hrs talking to them. I always got a different reason as to why the order might have been cancelled. Very disappointed with how everything was handled.
