Apple cancelled my order . Didn't even received cancellation email!! disappointed :(

So is that with the US online store? Do you live in the US? Were you shipping it to a US address that was not a shipping forwarder? What payment method did you use and could the one you used have declined the payment? Checked with them.

And of course it would be a good idea to call the Apple Online Store and give them your order number.

Apple will not ship to shipping forwarders and will cancel such orders.

It would be better if you can please re-post with a screenshot, in order to understand the phenomenon better. Images / pictures speak louder than words. Do not provide any personal credentials, such as email id, apple id, IMEI number, Serial Number, Phone number, Order ID, if you are sharing a map ensure your location is not identifiable. Etc.

I also faced the same issue. No communication whatsoever till now. I got to know about the cancellation when I went to track my order, and it specifically writes "You have cancelled the order". Which is so not true. I never canceled, nor did I receive any emails about it. Did you have any luck with it ?

Hi Deggie, it's the Indian online store. The delivery address was within India. I used my credit card as the mode of payment. Contacted the bank people, they verified its not an issue from their end and the amount was successfully charged on my card.

Also contacted the customer care, they say they can't help me with this. This seems to happen in 1 out of 100 cases. I have spent around 4 hrs talking to them. I always got a different reason as to why the order might have been cancelled. Very disappointed with how everything was handled.

Hey! Same thing happened with me and my order was prepaid. Didn't receive any mail regarding the refund. What about you? Getting really scared now.
