Trackpad Haptic Feedback not working

Seems the product should have an appointment for expert to diagnostic

test and hope that any defect behind the symptoms would appear so it

could get the cause of the issue repaired.

To see an 'escalation' beyond the first levels of interaction, is likely required.

Since most who reply in these communities are volunteer helpers as part

of an informal 'peer-to-peer' segment of visitors, as users of Apple's online

Support Communities; try and contact official Apple Support directly.

Have to assume your product has some AppleCare coverage, or if this

problem arose after initial complimentary time-frame before first year

of ownership; the an Apple product warranty could cover the repair.

Hopefully the matter will be resolved.

Same here. Exactly the same timing. I did everything. My MacBook is 2018. I am sure it is software related.
