Trackpad Haptic Feedback not working
Hello everyone,
I've noticed since a day ago that the Haptic Feedback on my 2019 Macbook Pro, with Touch bar, doesn't work. I still press on the Trackpad like usual, everything works, but there isn't haptic feedback. It's a bit hard to use, for example when force clicking to look something up, or opening folders. I am not used to pressing hard on the trackpad, and not feeling anything. Here, it's not tap instead of click. I am still clicking the trackpad, it's just that there isn't haptic touch anymore. Can anyone help me please?
I've contacted Apple support and performed SMC and NVRAM reset; however, I didn't hear any startup sound like the Advisor told me when performing the NVRAM reset.
Thank you in advance.
Looking forward to hearing some solutions from anyone!
