iphone fails to back up says file is corrupted.

I recently had to roll my computer back and when ever I try to sync my phone to my computer the iphone displays the following messages:

iTunes could not back up the iPhone "iPhone" because the backup was corrupt. My phone is fine it is itunes. It tried to back up the phone and it crashed the whole computer. If there is no fix for this I'll obtain an old version from oldapps. Because I know the prior version of itunes worked fine. iPhone 11. Fully updated.
