Faulty mophie powerstation plus universal battery (6000 mAh)

Hi all,

is there a way to report a faulty device to Apple? My device is mophie powerstation plus universal battery (6000 mAh) purchased it via Apple website.


I tried to key in serial number of mophie powerstation device but the website is saying S/N is not valid. How do i contact Apple to get a replacement?
