which macbook should i buy for photo editing?

Hi!

I am trying to decide between a few different macbooks. I am a professional photographer. I rarely delve into video. My current dual core 13" mbp is struggling with Photoshop and Lightroom despite having upgraded to 16gb of Ram and a SSD, so its time to bite the bullet and get a new system. I have had a 500 or 512 gb hard drive for the last 7 years and have always struggled to keep it clean, so 1tb of storage is a must but anything more is probably overkill. I'm currently looking at two options:

  1. new 13" mbp with 2.0GHz quad-core 10th-generation Intel Core i5, 32gb RAM, 1 tb SSD. $2399
  2. Refurbished 13.3-inch MacBook Pro 2.3GHz quad-core Intel Core i7, 32gb RAM, 2tb SSD $2549
  3. Used Apple 15" MacBook Pro Intel Core i9 2.4GHz, Pro Vega 20, 16GB RAM, 2TB SSD $2399

From the reading I have done, more RAM is more important than processor speed... a 15" screen would be nice, however I edit on an external monitor so not really necessary. Obviously I want to spend as little as possible. I was actually considering a Dell but I tried it out for a while and couldn't handle using a windows operating system.
