The "notification" is a scam. Your phone does not have a virus.

Do not download anything based on a bogus popup message.

Unless you have jailbroken your phone, you do NOT have any virus on your phone. You received a Phishing Scam notification with the hope you'll spend money with a service to rid yourself of something you don't have.
