i deleted an app and every time i shut my phone down it shows the app but it’s grey. and everytime i open it the app just closes out. in the app store when i go to download it, it says “open” when i deleted it. i don’t know how to fix it

We see you are having an issue with deleting an app you've installed. Let's see what we can do to help get it back to working order.
To start, make sure you’re running the latest iOS version: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Then, tap Settings > General > iPhone Storage. From there, scroll to see if the app is listed. If it is, tap on the app and then select “Delete App.”
