Bootcamp not able to find windows support software

I was installing a windows 10 partition using an iso file I found here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10ISO. After going through the process with bootcamp assistant, my hard drive said the bootcamp existed, but it was not showing up on my startup disk or when I held "option" during restart, only my MACOS was showing up.

So I uninstalled the partition and attempted to try again using bootcamp assistant. Now, when I am attempting to partition my mac again, I get the following error: "Can’t install the software because it is not currently available from the Software Update server."

I attempted to go to Action -> Download Windows Support Software like previous posts suggested, but I got the same error this way as well. Any advice to get this to work would be much appreciated as I need to bootcamp my mac rather urgently. For further information, it is a 13 inch 2019 mac book pro on Catalina.
