Scratch on the iPad screen

The screen of the iPad Pro is drawn by Apple Pencil in a way that can be seen when viewed carefully. I am sure the reason is Apple Pencil because I always check the tip of the pencil and clean the screen with a tissue used for eyeglasses before using the iPad for drawing. I never used it other than drawing. There is no possibility to be drawn of the screen other than the pencil. Does Apply give any support about it by free?
