My new Ipad mini downloaded all of my pictures (lots) from Cloud BUT it has downloaded LIVE format pictures as LOOP mode which is incredible irritating. How can I resolve this - there are too many pictures affected to manually change them all

Thank you - however whilst this works for individual pictures there are way too many to use this as a resolution - is there a way to either re download them correctly or apply this solution en masse to them?
