iPhone 7 bluetooth and wifi not working

I have an iPhone 7, IOS 13.6. During the last days, both Bluetooth and wifi are not working at all.

The bluetooth circle spins continuously without showing the options of connections and the Wi-fi button is not switchable... Could you please give me some advice of what to do? I have tried to reset the connection settings several times but it doesn't work :-(

I have tried resetting the network settings and hard resetting the whole phone but nothing. I can turn them on from control center, but it just loads for a few seconds and then goes back to grey. From settings I can't even turn wifi. Bluetooth I can, but it still acts the same as from control center meaning the indicator stays blue for few seconds and then turn's back to grey. I'm getting really desperate, please help.

I would first try to update to the latest iOS version: 14.0.1
