Cellular apple watch
If i buy a cellular apple watch, and it is paired to my phone, can i unpair it from my phone and let me wife use it on her cellular phone?

You would have to un-pair and erase the Apple Watch and then your Wife would have to contact her cellular carrier to have the Apple Watch added to her cellular contract.
