Can my ipad 8th generation connect to the Apple Pencil 2? I tried looking up and researching this but I only see that the Apple Pencil 1 can connect with it, and I just wanted to make sure. Thanks!

The Apple Pencil (2nd generation) is compatible with these models.
iPad Air (4th generation)
iPad Pro 12.9-inch (3rd generation) and later
iPad Pro 11-inch (1st generation) and later
You would need the Apple Pencil (1st generation) for your iPad model. We found that information from Apple Pencil compatibility.
