family share: turning off purchase sharing

My son wants to be a big boy and use h is credit card to make purchases... for 5 years he has to buy something with my credit card code and then reimburse me... if Purchase Sharing is turned off, it seems that you're saying that family members can't share THEIR PURCHASES if i turn off purchase sharing, but can they access my purchases, like movies and apps, still and as before? My son wants to feel like a grown up and purchase his own stuff, but it seems not likely, unless he sets up another account.

Another concern is the fact that you have a toggle saying Share Purchases with Family and then below it is a red statement "Stop Purchase Sharing" which implies that it's two different things, since you would just toggle the toggle to off to accomplish the same results as touching the red letters: "Stop Purchase Sharing" -- HELP! This wasn't written by a user that has NO FRAME OF REFERENCE!!!! oh and this is not listed as a TOPIC... Family Sharing should be a topic, since it's so CRAZY... LOOPY... LOL

With Family Sharing all purchases go to the organizer's credit card. There is no way for your son to use his own credit card for his purchases. The only way around it would be for him to purchase iTunes gift cards with his own money and add them to his Apple ID. If he does that then the money is first removed from the gift cards then if there's any balance due then it would be charged to your card. If he leaves family sharing to do everything on his own then he will lose access to your purchases.

REPLYING TO MYSELF...

This wasn't written by a user that understands the "no frame of reference" otherwise it wouldn't be so confusing. Simply put: Can my son still watch movies i purchased (700+) and be able to use his credit card to make his own personal purchases on his iPad pro for his music business? It's a simple question and yet it's complicated and have just left it alone, until now. Now, i"m just upset that it's remained a draconian fogged out secret chamber of confusion. If you understand the question reposed here, please answer it quickly before I jump out my window. It matters not that my office is on the first floor...

Oh, MY GOD, Jim, the wording is incredibly DISTURBING! GREAT SCOTT!!! CALL IN SPOCK... MAYBE HE CAN MAKE SENSE OUT OF THIS GARBAGE!!! As, my colleagues have attested, the verbiage used is quite out of this world.

Any advice would be good, as long as it's related to an answer to my question or rather my son's question. How can he use his freakin credit card, like a real man, and still have access to everything on family share that he has grown to enjoy from his pappy related to apps and movies/ tv series shared and purchased by me, his pappy or father or "Dad". (Mammy?!)
