Hello I have an old Apple ID but i forget the password , i tried to reset the password but it ask me for the phone number i had , also i do not have the same number , what should i do to get it back?

See if you can get an email option. For the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.
