Dear Apple Support,
My iPhone 7 plus overheated and won't turn on after that. I tried hard restart by holding both the power button and the volume down button but the problem remains. I could not connect it to iTunes.
Can you please help me to identify the issue?

My iPhone 7 Plus still has its original battery and it performs very well before the overheat. Not sure if the overheat was caused by its battery. I was not bale to turn it on even with charger connected.
