Two phones same account.

I have two iPhones, one work and one personal. I "cloned" my personal to my business. I want to remove all of the pics from my work phone without them deleting from my personal. Is this possible? They are connected via iCloud.

You can open the Photos app. Then choose Library at the bottom left. Then choose All Photos. At the top right choose Select. After that just touch and drag across all your photos to select them for deletion.
