Hi,
I'm finding that when I power on my macbook air it prompts me to login twice, as I go to enter the password the second time the screen changes and i'm logged in?
Why does it ask me to login twice and then instantly transport me to desktop as i'm typing? How can I get this to stop coming up?

This can happen if you wake the laptop when using Filevault. It can also happen during a regular boot (again using Filevault) if your user account and Filevault have become "disconnected", but this usually only occurs when the password has been changed. If the second condition applies, then I can provide instructions to realign the passwords for the user account & Filevault.
