My iphone XS Max get Ghost touch

Closely, my iPhone get ghost touch after some rain ( Im in vietnam ).

It looks like my iphone didnt have waterproofing oppotunity as on the advertisiments.

Have anyone been to a situation like this?

Please help!!!

My iPhone has run out of Garantee ( end in March 2020)

How to turn on 3D or Haptic Touch and adjust the sensitivity. Go to Settings and tap Accessibility. Turn on the feature, then use the slider to select a sensitivity level.
