i can’t send voice notes, can’t make audio or video calls on WhatsApp, can’t do FaceTime, can’t make calls on my mobile number and then I can’t hear sounds on video’s recorded on my phone, what’s the solution and problem pls

I’ve done all of that, done the factory resetting and it’s still the same, I’m really frustrated right now
