camera issues

Hi all - Using iOS v14.xx

camera...

images are now saved as .heic format - previously I was able to save as .jpg

is that setting still available - if so where is it?

Also in Mojave when using image capture to import images get converted to .jpg - Is there a setting to NOT convert?

And .mov seem to get converted also but to the same .mov format - what is going on with this? why are they converting to the same format of .mov?
