Why my WiFi doesn’t work with my we chat.

If WeChat works okay on other networks, check your network settings on your router to make sure that app is not blocked. See our recommended router settings here: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points.

If the issue is not with your router settings, you may have an issue with your WeChat app itself. Check for an app update. If the issue continues, contact WeChat support following these steps: How to contact an app developer.
