Turning off iCloud photos from iCloud
Is there a way to turn off iCloud photos so that If I put my apple ID in a new phone the photos don't get transferred. But I still want it in my old iPhone.

Is there a way to turn off iCloud photos so that If I put my apple ID in a new phone the photos don't get transferred. But I still want it in my old iPhone.
Sign in with new Apple ID and password in iPhone and set up iCloud , the photos from old iPhone will not sync in the new iPhone .

On the new device, just make sure Photos isn't turned on via Settings > Name > iCloud > Photos > turn off.
