Ringer volume keeps turning down itself on iPhone 11 Pro Max randomly !!

This happens when I toggling silent/ringer switch on/off.

Ringer volume keeps turning down itself automatically on my iPhone 11 Pro Max randomly. Noticing this issue from last week since started to miss important incoming calls.

iOS 14.01

Note :

“Change with button” is in OFF in Sounds & Haptics,

DND not using, and related settings are default,

Attention aware features option is OFF in FaceID & Passcodes,

Low battery mode NOT using.

Please help.

We understand you're experiencing an issue with the volume changing unexpectedly on your iPhone, and we'd like to see if we can assist.

To get started, if you haven't already, back up your iPhone and update to iOS 14.1: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If you're using a case on the iPhone, try removing it, and see if the issue persists.

Also, check to make sure no accessories are connected that have volume controls, either wired or wireless.

Finally, try toggling "Change with Buttons" on in Settings > Sound & Haptics, and see if the behavior continues.
