iPhone Battery Health Dropped to 99% in 5 days

I've bought an iPhone SE 2020 last week and the battery health has dropped down to 99% in just a 5-days of use. Usually my battery goes down till 5-6% before I charge it back.

All quite normal. Some start on 99%

it will reduce to 80% over maybe a 20 month period
