I own a Retina 13 inch late 2013 Mac Book Pro and have High sierra installed on it.
I need, however to ran the latest versions of Photoshop and Lightroom but cannot do so on High Sierra.
So I need to upgrade to Mojave, but prefer to do so with a clean install from a bootable external USB disk.
Can somebody please direct me to where I can obtain a link to prepare a clean install of Mojave?

Are you trying to download from another Mac?
Please try logout & login in App Store.

and yes— there have been issue using a browser other than Safari.app
