Strange Color Glitching Macbook Pro 16' 2019

SO this happens quite often, not everyday, but enough to be concerning. I'm running Catalina (10.15.6), 2 external monitors through a caldigit USB-C to HDMI dock (https://www.apple.com/shop/product/HMX02ZM/A/caldigit-thunderbolt-3-mini-dock?afid=p238%7CstG6GNKNR-dc_mtid_1870765e38482_pcrid_407264219517_pgrid_85992530854_&cid=aos-us-kwgo-pla-btb-catchall--slid---product-HMX02ZM/A). But the problem happens even when I view a window on the native screen.

It usually happens after the machine has been asleep for a while - like after I wake up in the morning. And it only happens on areas with a white background. And sometimes only within certain panes of the same interface. Here's a screenshot demonstrating that:

A restart fixes it 100% of the time but I am concerned something is wrong with the video output. Can anyone speak to what is happening? Thanks!

You can try running the Diagnostic/AHT http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1509

That is not what I would call a "color glitch" — that is a gfx card failure or RAM failure.

In or out of warranty you can get a free over the counter 'Apple Service Diagnostics' test /assessment
