I purchase icloud backup plan, however I can only see icloud photos from my current devices.
How do I get my old pictures back?

not solved, clicked on solved button expecting other options, now I can not mark as unsolved.
My issue is that my old phone is gone, where are my old photos I backed up under that phone? It appears the interface is driven by a phone, so how do I see the old backups once I get a new phone?
Did you go through and manually delete the photos from your device? If you were using iCloud Photo Library you deleted them from the cloud as well and they may be in the trash unless you emptied it. If you did, there may be a slim chance of escalating a help ticket through support. Click CONTACT SUPPORT at the top of the page.
Still need help. Got a new phone, removed old phone from icloud, now photos are gone? Does removing an old phone remove your old photos?
Were the photos solely on that old device, or were they stored in iCloud?
they were backed up into iCloud. I removed those phones from my account and now can not see the photos. The photos appear to be arranged by phone. any way to recover? thanks
If you happen to go to iCloud.com (from a computer), login, can you see the photos in the Photos app?
