could not set up Apple Pay error

Not able to add Apple Card to the Apple Pay. A message of " An error occurred while setting up Apple Pay" alway appears every time when I tried. I have already one credit card in the wallet. When trying to setup a Apple Cash, it showed " Apple Pay services are currently unavailable. Please try again later", in the last 4-5 days.

I have an Apple Card approved 4 days ago.
