Require password for App Store purchases

I’m trying to require a password for App Store purchases. A search says to tap Settings, then “tap on your name”. Then select “iTunes and App Store”. That works fine on my old iPad with iPadOS 12, but there isn’t an “iTunes and App Store” on my new iPad with iPadOS 14. On the ipadOS 12 iPad, under iCloud is “iTunes and App Store”. On the ipadOS 14 iPad, under iCloud is “Media and Purchases”. I tried going into each item listed under Apple ID, but I can’t find anything to allow me to require a password for App Store purchases.

The settings that you’re looking for have moved within iPadOS14...

Settings > [Your Name / AppleID] > Media & Purchases >

Sign-in using your AppleID password - then tap the blue head-and-shoulders icon - and finally Password Settings.
