Final Cut Pro crashes when I go to export/share

Every time I click on 'share' and 'master file' Final Cur Pro unexpectedly quits. I've done all the usual troubleshooting; I've uninstalled and re-installed, restarted laptop, removed all the extras/add-ons etc, and deleted all the rendering files, disk repair in recovery mode. Nothing seems to work.

I'm running Final Cut Pro 10.3.4 on MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015) running OS10.12.6 (16G1510)

Never had any issues before––this seems to have just started happening out of the blue. I've pasted the error report below.

I can't post the error report as it exceeds the 5,000 character limit, but if anyone wants to see a certain part of it I can post bits of it.

Did you do an iTunes update recently? There’s a problem with the mobile device.framework file. You might need to revert to the previous version of the file. Look through this thread for more information

I've removed AVG anti-virus. I still have the cleaner––but I've had that for years?

I run an older system because my Mac seems to get slower when I update––a bit like what used to happen with iPhones.

I don't know what you did to try to uninstall it, but clearly AVG is pretty much still there, in bits and pieces:

Launchd: /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.avg.hub.schedule.plist

Executable: /Library/Application Support/AVGHUB/com.avg.hub.app/Contents/scripts/schedule.sh --ttl 14400

If by the report you mean a crash report, it probably does not help.

Whenever there is a crash, the first thing to do is to delete the application preferences.

To delete preferences, hold down command and option while starting FCP X and click Delete Preferences.

The application will start in a default state, and open an "Untitled" library. Reopen the library you were working on, set the preferences the way you like them, and try again.

If the issue persists, there is a report that you should post here: the one produced by Etrecheck.

Download Etrecheck from the App Store, have it produce the report, then post here.

Click the "Additional Text" button:

and paste into the text box since, as you say, a long report cannot be posted directly in the message.
