Iphone 11 does not automatically change to mobile data when away from wifi. tried resetting network settings. have to switch the phone off to connect to the mobile data.

Is there a specific setting where you program the phone to use Mobile data if not connected to WIFI? "Cellular data" and "Hotspot" options are missing in the Settings Good day! After one of the updates I found out that "Cellular data" and "Hotspot" options are missing in the Settings. How to fix this? I have iPhone XS, and my iOS now is 15.4.1, but I guess it happened earlier. Thank you!

Check if your wifi assist is turned on. Go to Settings > Cellular or Settings > Mobile Data. Then scroll down and tap the slider for Wi-Fi Assist.
