What kind of reset do I need?

iPhone 7, using iOS 14.0.1 and cannot get the red ringer bell with slash to go away. The mute button is not turned on, I’ve done a hard shutdown, incoming calls will vibrate but phone won’t ring. Also no sounds with incoming text messages. Not sure what to do now.
